Terms of Use

These terms govern access to RICHEVIA Ads Intelligence, operated through the TikTok developer account “How Rich” under the RICHEVIA commerce brand.

Authorized use

The platform is available only to RICHEVIA personnel and business partners who are authorized to access the connected advertiser or commerce account. Users must not connect an account they do not own or have permission to manage.

Platform scope

The service supports reporting, measurement, account context, GMV Max and commerce analysis. Campaign or creative management is available only when supported, approved by TikTok and explicitly authorized by the account owner.

Prohibited conduct

Users may not extract data for resale, attempt to bypass TikTok or RICHEVIA access controls, share credentials, misuse personal information, interfere with the service or use the platform unlawfully.

Third-party services

TikTok services and APIs are governed by TikTok's own terms and policies. RICHEVIA cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services or specific advertising results.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended when authorization expires, is revoked, becomes insecure or is used outside the approved business purpose.
