This policy explains how the TikTok developer account “How Rich”, operating the RICHEVIA Ads Intelligence platform and the RICHEVIA web property, handles information associated with authorized TikTok advertising and TikTok Shop integrations.

Information we process

When an account owner authorizes an integration, we may process account identifiers, permission scopes, campaign and creative identifiers, advertising performance metrics, GMV Max store information, commerce reporting, authorization timestamps and operational audit records. We do not request or store an advertiser's TikTok password.

Purpose and legal basis

Information is used only to provide reporting, measurement, performance analysis, account administration and authorized campaign optimization support. Processing is limited to RICHEVIA operations or a business partner that has expressly authorized access.

Security and retention

Access and refresh credentials are encrypted before storage. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and production endpoints are protected. Data is retained only while needed for the authorized service, legal compliance, security and audit purposes.

Sharing

We do not sell TikTok data or redistribute it to unrelated third parties. Limited infrastructure providers may process data solely to host and secure the platform under appropriate controls.

Your choices

Account owners may revoke TikTok authorization through TikTok or request access removal and data deletion by following our Data Deletion Instructions.
